Grantham District’s next meeting on 14th November is open to any LBKA members who may be interested.
We have guest speaker Charles Austin, a Bee Farmer from Barnsley whose talk is titled ‘Treatment Free Commercial Beekeeping, my journey so far’
Charles is an interesting character and entertaining speaker, the topic of whether to treat for varroa or not is an often debated one so we’re interested to hear the take on this by a commercial beekeeper who has made the decision to go treatment free.
If any of your members are interested and would like to attend they are more than welcome, we meet at Gonerby Social Club, Great Gonerby, NG31 8JS, 7.30pm.
